Registration Fees for Fall / Spring seasons
Non Volunteer Fee
U5 = $135.50
U6-U19 = $145.50
Add $35 (one-time fee)
(charged per season and only if parent chooses not to volunteer that season)
TopSoccer Fee = $15.00 + $15 Field Fund
Adult Program Fee = $75.00 + $15 Field Fund
Sign up as a volunteer to help make this organization successful! Non-volunteers will be assessed a one-time fee of $35. This fee is charged per season.
The $15 fields fee goes directly toward the maintenance and upkeep of the fields VYS uses for each season, this includes mowing, seeding, fertilization, lining, etc.
Late Fee Policy
There is a late fee of $25 per child if on-line registration is completed after the registration period. Late fees are non-refundable if you withdraw from the season. Late registrants will be accepted on a space-available basis only.
Cancellation / Refund / Weather Policies
House Full Season Cancellation Refund Policy:
A $30 administrative fee will be subtracted from all refunds. No refunds will be made after House/Recreation games have started. Do not ask your coach for a refund. To request a refund, please send an email to the VYS Registrar at Registrar@vys.org.
Training Program Cancellation Refund Policy:
An administrative fee of 30% of the program’s registration fee will be subtracted from all refunds. No refund will be issued unless request is received at least seven days prior to the start of your assigned session. To request a refund, please send an email to the VYS Registrar at Registrar@vys.org.
Training Session Cancellation Refund Policy:
Each program includes one make up session. If two or more sessions are cancelled due to inclement weather, participants will receive a pro-rated refund. There is no refund if one session is cancelled.
VYS Weather Policy
If it’s just rain, we play! The only time we will stop play is in the case of extreme inclement weather, temperature or thunder and lightning. Our coaches are experienced in making the appropriate decision should the weather become an issue. The safety and well-being of the children is our number one priority.
If it is raining please travel to the site unless otherwise directed, as decisions will be made by the head coach at the field, unless the fields are already closed and posted on the website.
We will make every effort to notify you in advance if we are cancelling due to inclement weather, however sometimes we have to make the decision at the field. All outdoor sessions will be cancelled if the temperature, taking the wind chill into consideration, is under 30F.
Summer Camp Cancellation / Refund Policy:
