Non-Volunteer Fee
Sign up as a volunteer to help make this organization successful! Non-volunteers will be assessed an additional fee of $35.
Late Fee Policy
There is a late fee of $25 per child if on-line registration is completed after the registration period. Late fees are non-refundable if you withdraw from the season. Late registrants will be accepted on a space-available basis only.
Cancellation / Refund Policies
Summer Camp
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
A $30 administrative fee will be subtracted from all refunds.
No refund will be issued unless request is received at least ten days prior to the start of your assigned session. To request a refund, please send an email to the VYS Registrar at

Training Program
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
An administrative fee of 30% of the program’s registration fee will be subtracted from all refunds.

House / Travel Full Season
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
A $30 administrative fee will be subtracted from all refunds.
