The Pride Black, Red, White and Silver gather twice a week under the tutelage of their coaches and trainers Gerardo Ramirez and Curtis Wilson. Together these 48 young athletes comprise the Pride Academy. 

In the first years of Academy Training, we work on each individual’s technical skills (foot work, passing, shooting, etc.).  In subsequent years we focus on soccer, the game (how to move, where to be, strategy, etc.).  So while there are four Pride teams, we really are learning and sharing as a pack of 48.

That said, each team does take the field against other area teams once per week during the season most often on Sundays.  We continue to learn through league play and tournament competition.  While we all try to win, the emphasis is team comaraderie and fun. The best that soccer has to offer.

We work really hard and are very committed to our sport. Hopefully you’ll be able to watch us grow as individuals, teams, soccer players, and Vienna’s Pride.
