Program: Outdoor Goal Keeper Training (House and Travel Players)
 

What to Bring: Soccer cleats and shin guards, GK glove, bring water and a ball with your name on it. If you have a goal keeper jersey and/or pants, bring them as well. (or a long shirt and sweat pants)

Organization of the sessions:
minutes / Warm-up = Fitness & Core Training & Agility & Coordination
minutes / Technical Training = Foot skills & Distribution & Receiving (hands and foot)



Ages/ Gender: HS (U15 – Older) / Girls

Day of the week: Tuesdays

Dates: January 14, 21 and 28; February 4, 11, 18, 25

Time: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m (GK Training session) / (max 10 players)
