Vienna Youth Soccer is organized for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including primarily the establishment and supervision of a program of soccer education, training, and competition.
Vienna Youth Soccer (VYS) expects and requires all members, players, officials, employees, suppliers, contractors, spectators, and others participating in VYS activities to behave responsibly, courteously, and respectfully at all times.
Coaches in the VYS House program are all volunteers, but not necessarily parents of children in the program. The selection of coaches is based willingness to learn by attending clinics, and possession of a genuine interest in the recreational needs of the children in our community.
Vienna Youth Soccer is committed to providing the most appropriate information and resources necessary in an effort to maintain the safest environment for all coaches, players, and families.
It is imperative that all VYS members (coaches, parents, players, and spectators) employ proper use and care for all fields used by VYS teams. Failure to do so will result in the Revocation of Field Privileges as described in this policy.
Subject to the availability of funds, VYS will offer financial aid based on a defined set of factors. All award decisions are made at the sole discretion of VYS. The application and aid information will kept confidential.
