TOPSoccer
VYS fully funds the participation of ALL TOP Soccer participants!
VYS, in affiliation with US Youth Soccer under TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer), offers the opportunity to join in the soccer fun to players with disabilities ages 4 to 19 years old. The program is designed to involve children with varying disabilities in the enriching game of soccer.
Each child is paired with one or two volunteer buddies and coaches. Every Saturday afternoon during the fall and spring seasons, coaches will offer fun soccer drills tailored to each player’s ability.
Recycle Your Game
VYS hosts a community-wide donation drive every Spring and Fall season!
VYS hosts a sports equipment and uniform collection drive in partnership with Leveling the Playing Field and Pass with Purpose in order to share the game that we love. Each Spring and Fall season, the Vienna community comes together to help donate any gently used sporting items or out dated soccer uniforms. These donations benefit the local DMV area as well as abroad. Anyone in the surrounding area is welcome to donate and participate. A Lifetime of Soccer means doing our part to contribute and help all kids and communities have the opportunity to play!
Volunteer Opportunities
Leveling the Playing Field
A world with no sidelines.
VYS is proud to partner with Leveling the Playing Field. LPF collects new and gently-used sports and playground equipment from local youth sports communities. Volunteers then sort the donations in our warehouse so we can distribute the gear to schools and organizations working to provide an affordable and accessible option to under-resourced youth groups, community programs and schools throughout several markets.
Pass with Purpose
Changing the game, one uniform at a time.
VYS is excited to partner with Pass with Purpose. Pass with Purpose is a local non-profit that collects gently used soccer team jerseys, shorts, and socks. They then sort and create soccer uniform kits in order to donate to groups of children across the globe so that they can play on teams with matching uniforms.
Pass with Purpose is also helping to level the playing field for girls who in many parts of the world are not encouraged to play sports. While soccer remains a male dominated sport in these places, having team uniforms gives girls the opportunity to play as a team just like boys.

Belong Vienna
VYS is proud to partner with BELONG VIENNA
Belong Vienna is a nonprofit organization spreading love through education and service in the Northern Virginia community.
VYS works with Belong Vienna to provide two soccer clinics each year for players participating in Belong Vienna events and activities. Clinics are run by VYS volunteers.
